Terms of Service

When you download or install the App, you need to read and agree to the terms of this Agreement. Please read and understand all the rights and restrictions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of these provisions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to download, install or use our App and related services. Once you install, copy, download, access or use our App in any other way, you will be deemed to have accepted this Agreement and agree to be bound by the above terms. If you do not fully agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement, please do not install, copy or use our App.

Statement that all of our intellectual property and related information may include, but are not limited to, written expressions and their combinations, icons, graphic designs, images, charts, color schemes, interface designs, layout frameworks, related data, additional applications, printed materials and electronic documents, all of which belong to us and are protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties and other intellectual property protection laws and regulations.

You declare and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use our products. You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms of Service comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you. In addition, the Products are for your use only and may not be used or benefited by any third party.

The company or product names, logos, and product names associated with the Technology and Services are trademarks of our company or third parties, and no right or license to use them is granted. You agree that you will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary notices incorporated in or accompanying the Technology or Services.

4. Disclaimer

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Technology and Services is entirely at your own risk. We periodically make changes to the Technology and Services and may do so at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Technology and Services are available as much as possible, but do not guarantee that they will always be available. The Technology and Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, guarantees or conditions, including but not limited to warranties, guarantees or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular or general purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties, conditions or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the content provided through the Technology or the Services or the Services, technology, text, graphics or links.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace any of these Terms of Service, or to change, suspend or discontinue the Products (including, without limitation, the availability of any feature, database or content), at any time and at our sole discretion. We may do so by posting a notice on the Site or by sending you notice through the Products by email or other appropriate electronic communication. We may also impose limits on certain features and services, or restrict your access to parts or all of the Products, without notice or liability. Although we will provide notice of modifications promptly, it is also your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Products after you have received notice of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of those changes, which will apply to your continued use of the Products going forward.
